How long will it take to receive my prescription glasses?
Standard prescription orders typically ship within 7 to 10 business days. Custom lens treatments or high-index prescriptions may require an additional 3 to 5 days for precision crafting.
What is your return policy for eyewear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most frames in their original condition. Please note that custom-made prescription lenses are non-refundable, but we do offer a one-time prescription change guarantee within 60 days of purchase.
Do you accept vision insurance for online orders?
While we do not process direct insurance claims on our website, we can provide a detailed itemized receipt for you to submit to your provider for out-of-network reimbursement.
How do I know if a frame will fit my face shape?
Each product page includes detailed measurements (lens width, bridge, and temple length). We recommend comparing these numbers to a pair of glasses you currently own that fits comfortably.
Are your frames covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our frames come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty that covers structural defects. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, scratches, or normal wear and tear.
Can I order frames with non-prescription blue light blocking lenses?
Absolutely. You can select the 'Non-Prescription' option and add our specialized blue light filtering coating to any frame to protect your eyes during digital screen use.
